Erika Dalgo, PA-C
Erika Dalgo is a graduate of the Rutgers University Physician Assistant Program in New Jersey. She started her career in plastic and reconstructive surgery at one of South Florida's leading health systems, where she spent two years working on complex reconstructive cases. That experience taught her facial anatomy the hard way, in the operating room, and it shows in how she approaches every treatment.
Reconstructive surgery is also where she found her love for aesthetics. After years of surgical work, injecting felt like a natural next step, and she trained with the same discipline she brought to the OR. What she enjoys most is the conversation before the treatment. Patients come in with an idea of how they want to look, and her job is to make that real in a way that still looks like them. Sometimes that means a small change nobody can quite put their finger on. Sometimes it means something bigger. Either way, she wants you to leave feeling more like yourself, not less.
Erika has called Miami home for four years. Outside of work she spends her time with her dogs, travels whenever she can, and likes to stay active.

Rafael Ramos, MD
From Caracas to Cleveland to Miami, Dr. Rafa Ramos's journey has been defined by dedication, perseverance, and a passion for excellence.
After graduating as valedictorian, he earned his medical degree in Venezuela and completed training in General Surgery and Trauma before moving to the United States to pursue advanced surgical education. His path included clinical research at Cleveland Clinic and the University of Iowa, followed by residency training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, where he refined his expertise in both aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.
Today, Dr. Ramos has returned to South Florida, combining world-class surgical training with an artistic eye to help patients achieve natural, refined results. His practice focuses on facial aesthetic surgery, including rhinoplasty, facelift, eyelid surgery, and facial balancing, as well as breast and body contouring procedures. Outside of medicine, he has a lifelong passion for drawing, painting, and photography, interests that continue to shape his appreciation for balance, detail, and aesthetics in every aspect of his work.
All medical treatment at Attain Miami is delivered under physician supervision, as Florida requires of a medical spa.
